Question 1: Is it equipped with a foam backrest?

Answer: The backrest is not included in the package. Accessories: One base plate, a set of PU leather lining, two reflective stickers, two keys and a bag of screws.

Question 2: Can it be installed on motorcycles of models such as BMW, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, and Chunfeng?

Answer: This motorcycle top box is universal. As long as a suitable luggage rack is installed at the rear of your motorcycle, you can install this motorcycle trunk. (Please refer to the luggage rack shown in the main image.

Question 3: Is it aluminium or plastic?

Answer: This box is made of aluminium alloy and is very sturdy. Only the corners are equipped with ABS plastic anti-drop protection devices.

Question 4: Why is there an unpleasant smell after opening the box?

Answer: As the inner lining of this box is made of newly produced PU leather and it is transported in a sealed manner, it cannot be ventilated during long-term transportation. After receiving the goods, open the box and leave it for 1-2 days, and the unpleasant smell will dissipate.

Question 5: I always fail to receive the package, or the packaging box I receive is damaged.

Answer: You can directly request a refund. We will return the payment to you and apply for compensation from the logistics company.
